Free Online Practice Resources for ACT Tests and SAT Tests! I4C now offers free SAT and ACT vocabulary and math quizzes. Become a free member and log in as much as you'd like. Students can take practice tests on 5000 vocabulary words. or over 1000 math problems. Parents and Mentors can log in to monitor your scores - including seeing which vocabulary words they missed. Interactive quizzes allow the test taker to retake and study as much as they want.

- Author of "The Star Spangled Banner" Was Born - Aug 1, 1779: Francis Scott Key was born in Maryland on this day. He went on to write the Star Spangled Banner in 1814 , when it was originally titled Defense of Fort McHenry.
- International Left Hander's Day - Aug 13th: What do Judy Garland, Paul McCartney, Seal, and Bart Simpson all have in common? They are left handed! This fun site has a list of public left handed figures that will surprise you.
- MLK Gave His "I Have A Dream" Speech - Aug 28, 1963: Martin Luther King, Jr. gave his famous speech on this day at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C . Watch, read the transcripts, and remember all of the great things MLK stood for.
