Word List 10
- penguin: a flightless bird with webbed feet and paddle like flippers
- pigeon: a bird with a small head, big body and short legs
- porpoise: a member of the whale family with a blunt snout found in oceans
- llama: a four legged animal similar to a camel but without humps

- Write a Story - Using your weekly words, create a story and type it into a Word document on your own computer.

Use the daily activities to help you remember words that you learn each week. It is much easier to remember what the words mean if you do something with them and use them frequently in talking with your parents, family and friends.

There are many different types of penguins and they all look different.The pigeons come to the park to find crumbs of food.
Sometimes my mom and I bring bread to the park to feed the pigeons.We saw the porpoise jump out of the water.
