3.4.1	Services - Select from a set of visual representations a service provided by the government (i.e., parks, schools, and libraries).
3.4.2	Good Citizenship - Determine the representative acts of a good citizen (i.e., obeying speed limit, not littering, and walking within the crosswalk).
